TOBA, Inc. and it's subsidiaries, including craft brew distributor The Thompson Company out of Grand Island, NE, stand beside our craft brew partners at Prairie Pride Brewing Company, as well as Scratchtown Brewery, and Kinkaider Brewery in opposing LB632.

We are opposed to any legislation that seeks to limit the prosperity and growth of the Nebraska craft brew industry. We applaud the men and women driving this growth in our state as they have created jobs, changed neighborhoods, and increased community pride where these breweries have emerged. Nebraska communities greatly benefit from this type of investment.

We will actively participate in the lobbying effort against LB632.
