Swollfest was so good to us this year🥹

A little recap of an unforgettable week:

🍗 Wednesday: We launched our very first wing special and sold out in less than 30 minutes!

🎣 Thursday: We had the honor of catering for the amazing Swollfest crew, broke our personal Surf & Turf record with the MOST steaks we’ve ever sold in a single night, and wrapped it all up with a wonderful Catch N Cook for two!

🦐 Friday: The Royal Reds made their return and the kitchen stayed moving all day long!

🔥 Saturday: Another nonstop day in the kitchen, capped off with a catering pickup for a great group of customers!

It was a long, busy weekend filled with hard work, but every second was worth it!
We are beyond thankful for everyone who chose to support us, dine with us, and keep us running all weekend long to come check out an amazing cause!

Thank you, Swollfest, for another incredible year! We’ll be counting down the days until we do it all again next year! 🎣🩵

Whew… today was BUSY! 😅

Between an incredible Surf & Turf night and a packed kitchen, we still found time to put together a Catch N Cook for a party of two!

Tonight’s catch was made into:
🐟 Fresh Snapper Ceviche
🔥 Flash-Fried Buffalo Snapper
🌱 Blackened Snapper over Candied Green Beans

This is exactly why we love doing Catch N Cooks, taking a fresh catch and turning it into something delicious!

Busy days, happy customers, and full bellies. We’d call that a win! 🎣🍽️💙

This weekend, we had the pleasure of catering a 3-day rodeo for our friends with the Electrical Association of New Orleans! 🎣🔥

Day 1: We kept it classic with fried catfish, Cajun potato salad, Bang Bang shrimp, and bread pudding✨

Day 2: We fired up a 150 pound crawfish boil and gave everyone a true taste of good crawfish 🦞

Day 3: We wrapped things up with beer-soaked brats, burgers, jambalaya, grilled vegetables, a fresh house salad, and a dessert tray to top it all off 😋
