Hey Foamers! We’ve got a new release for you this week - “Woodlands” - our barrel aged Belgian Dark Strong Ale. Just in time for the cold fall weather this beer has been quietly aging in French Oak barrels for a year; it features complex fruit/bubble gum aromas with a slightly sweet flavor and complimentary oak tannins to round out the balance. At 26 IBU and a hefty 8.7% ABV - it’s a nice sipper!

Here’s your weekly update!

Back by Popular demand it's our Festbier (a.k.a Octoberfest)! A smooth, malty German lager it's a wonderful addition to our Fall seasonal lineup which includes a Dunkelweizen and our recently released Czech Amber Lager!

Thursday Oct. 12th we’re hosting a special educational session on our patio 6-8pm presented by the Colorado National Monument Association. This is a great opportunity to learn about our local natural environment but space is limited - you must contact [email protected] to reserve your seat.

Also on Thursday Oct. 12th we welcome back GJ Fusion who will be serving their great burgers, wraps, and a variety of other yummies! They’ll be here from 5-8pm so come down and try their food paired up with one of our flavorful beers!

Here’s your weekly update! September is flying by and we’re seeing cooler temps perfect for lounging on our back patio! Czech it Out - our next release out this week will be a Czech Amber Lager. This beer features a dense, rocky head and a beautiful Amber color along with characterful yeast providing a smooth malty mouthfeel and finish!

And we welcome back Psycho Pig BBQ this Friday Sept. 29th! Come down and sample some of their great ribs, brisket, and smoked sausages - all of which will pair great with our hoppy Azzaca Amber Ale!

Double your pleasure - just released is our High & Dry Double IPA! This is a juicy/hazy style IPA cranked to a double strength 7.2% ABV and featuring floral hop varieties from England highlighted in the smooth dry finish.

This week at Foam & Folly Brewing - back on Tap is a fresh batch of Ginger Lavender Blonde Ale! If you haven’t had this before it is a light blonde ale featuring natural ginger root and locally sourced lavender - we switched it up this time and used the “Folgate” variety of lavender for an earthy, subtle aroma and flavor. Come in and try one out!

Here’s your week at a glance - new on tap this Thursday August 24 is our Blonde Ale. This beer is an American Blonde Ale style, light in color with a slightly sweet malt-forward flavor, low hops bitterness and a smooth finish. A nice brew to mark the end of the Summer!

Friday August 25 - Sitto’s food truck will be here 4-8pm with their wonderful Arabic fare - try their lamb kabob or beef kibbeh dish paired with our Ginger Lavender Blonde ale or our Azzaca Amber Ale to make a great summertime combo!

Here’s your weekly preview from Foam & Folly Brewing! Have you tried our newest release - our Belgian Sour Cherry? A classic Belgian Brettanomyces style beer; light in body and with a beautiful deep burgundy color. Complex notes of Sour Cherry and hints of vanilla from the 15 months of aging in a French Oak barrel make this an exceptional brew. Limited release so get yours before it's all gone!

FYI we welcome guests to bring in their own food and pair it with a craft beer for a culinary treat! Try a Pepproni Pizza with our Azzaca Amber, or how about our Ginger Lavender Blonde paired with spicy Thai food? Try it for yourself and maybe you’ll discover something wonderful!

Here’s what’s up at Foam & Folly Brewing this week!

The time is finally here, the wood has “spoken” - after 15 months aging in a French Oak Barrel the Sour Cherry Belgian Ale is ready! This light bodied, beautiful deep red beer is bursting with Sour Cherry aroma and flavor! There is a hint of oak on the palate and a bright, smooth finish.. It’s a true Belgian style ale using Brettanomyces yeast, Sweet Cherries, and Lactobacillus to provide the natural souring characteristics. At 21 IBU and 5.3% ABV this beer is a wonderful summer sipper!

This beer is quite special and we’re tapping it on Saturday, August 5th at 12:00pm. Quantities are limited so don’t miss this one!
