Mitchell's Organics The Mitchell family farm started in 1968 growing and selling fresh blueberries. Blueberry leaves from that same farm are the basis of our line of tea.

Years later the farm is still run by members of the Mitchell family and is now fully organic.

From Leaves to Tisane

Blueberry leaves from our family-owned organic farm are the basis for our line of teas. When we heard that the leaves of the blueberry bush contain more beneficial antioxidant compounds than the fruit, of course we wondered ‘how do the leaves taste?’

It turns out blueberry leaves have a pleasantly mild, slightly sweet and grassy taste. Once we worked out how to process them for quality and consistency, we started experimenting with blending them with other herbs. The ones we really like we are now bringing to you!
