Join us on Saturday, August 22, at 2:30 PM under the Peach Cuisine Tent for "2 x 30-Minute Dishes at 2:30: Just Peachy & Palisade Peach Comfort Food." Chef Miles Gwinn of Hillbilly Catering & Events and Chef Michael Winston of Honey Rock Landing will each create a unique peach-inspired dish in just 30 minutes.

Chef Miles Gwinn, co-owner of Hillbilly Catering & Events, is known for blending bold flavors with modern comfort food, creating memorable meals that are both elevated and approachable.

👀 Twenty years ago, Hillbilly Catering wasn’t a catering company at all!

We were a festival concessions business.

Back then, our goal was simple: earn enough to support our travels and fuel our obsession with exploring America’s national parks. We’d work events, load trailers, cook for crowds, hit the road, and do it all over again.

What started as a seasonal adventure slowly became something more.

Each year brought new opportunities. New customers. New challenges. New ideas.

We learned how to serve bigger crowds. We learned how to solve problems on the fly. We learned that quality matters whether you’re feeding a few hundred festival-goers or thousands of guests at a major event.

Over time, the business evolved.

Festivals led to private events. Private events led to weddings and corporate gatherings. One opportunity opened the door to the next.

There were plenty of pivots along the way, but a few things never changed: hard work, ingenuity, a commitment to quality, and a determination to keep getting better.

Twenty years later, we’re honored to be part of some of life’s most important celebrations and community events.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re grateful to every customer, employee, vendor, partner, friend, and family member who helped shape the journey.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll share some of the stories, memories, lessons, and milestones that brought us here.

This is part-time, event-based work with flexible scheduling. Built for people who want to pick up shifts and be part of well-executed weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings throughout the year.

Our team plays a big role in how an event comes together, from setup and service to the overall flow of the evening. We’re looking for people who are reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
