It's been a month of trying to get a company to drill a simple 1-inch hole, and with no callbacks, we took matters into our own hands for our customer! The hole turned out fantastic. This week, we got creative for another customer who lives in an apartment; since we couldn't drill his counters, we sourced a one-hole faucet that connects directly to our RO system. Excited to install it for him next month! Want to give a special shout out to Mesa Restoration Felipe and his team came out. We had a client that had a leak before we got there and we were able to get her taken care of with the help of Mesa Restoration they were out in 45 minutes got the our customer taken care of. And then we got her installed correctly. If you want a company that will go the extra mile answer our phones and pays attention to detail. We are here for you. It all starts with the free water test which is very educational and zero pressure no gimmicks no pressure just facts. Even if the customer doesn't purchase from us we guide them and at least help them get protected. Even if it doesn't benefit this financially as a company we still put the effort in to make sure they are protected one way or the other. ๐ ๏ธ๐ง
