WestCo, the Grand Valley's newest craft brewery, has recently opened in Grand Junction.

Nestled near the Colorado River, in the Las Colonias district - WestCo crafts new and exciting beers onsite and offers a food menu that combines Asian and Southwestern cuisine. The brewery sits alongside the River Front Trail allowing for easy access to one of the longest bike paths in the Valley. With a large outdoor, dog-friendly patio and plenty of indoor seating, WestCo provides a unique and comfortable environment suited for the whole family.

What really makes our taproom special is our incredible team. This hardworking crew has helped us grow over the past year, and has put in the time and effort to make WestCo what it is today.

Shoutout to all of these wonderful people (and those not pictured) for their kindness, dedication and commitment to our community!

The idea of WestCo really came into focus when we realized the need for a true production brewery here in Grand Junction. We built out a 15 barrel system to ensure we could produce quality b**r at a high volume to meet the consumer demand, not just here at the tap house, but into the community we serve as well. We’re incredibly proud to offer everything from la**rs to stouts, sours to IPAs, and even a Hop Water for those looking to take it easy.

Our 1 Year Anniversary Party is this Saturday, Oct 17th at 4pm!

All of the woodwork here at WestCo is custom built. We wanted an original design and feel. The perimeter seating inside the tap house was designed to maximize seating and use of space while making the room feel like a communal b**r hall. The ordering station as well as the food counter was constructed with one solid piece of live edge wood.

The bar top here at WestCo is 38 feet long and was built in place. It was designed to allow a front row seat into the brew house, so guests can watch the magic of the brewing process first hand, while enjoying a pint - crafted 5 feet away.

The WestCo Patio is a wonderful space to gather with your families and friends, your co-workers and pups. It’s an open and welcoming place to catch some live music, play games, and host events. We wanted it to resemble the beautiful desert landscape we live in, so we planted native plants and redesigned it with water conservation in mind as we xeriscaped the majority of the space. Many of us have growing families of our own and we wanted it to be a place where we can all be active and enjoy the outdoors together.

Proceeds of this event will go to benefit Avalon Theatre Foundation and Colorado Brewers Guild
