The beef is scheduled!! October 25, 2026 🎃We have 12 quarters available to reserve.

Lamb/mutton is also available on demand.

Beef is $6/lb by the hanging weight plus processing.
Lamb/mutton $8/lb by the hanging weight plus $100 for processing.
Prices reflect the cost of production.
We are also asking for a deposit this year,on all beef sales.
