New cookie alert‼️ I’m calling this one the *Salty* Superior cookie 🍪 Inspired by Lake Superior, but with a salty twist, this cookie has it all: agates (toffee bits), harbor rocks (choc chips + chunks), and even driftwood (salty pretzels)!

Available this Saturday 7/8 @ the Cook County Market from 10am-2pm (in the Hub/Co-Op Parking Lot)

Embrace the imperfections…that’s what my journey with MinneCafé continues to remind me! Rather than seeing 2 imperfect lighthouses here, I see the Grand Marais lighthouse whimsically swaying side to side on a windy day. That balance between the perfect science of baking & the imperfect whimsy in decorating has been such a good reminder that imperfection is beautiful!
