After MEA week, 15th through 19th we will take a week off. I want to install the new POS, finish my sawmill, do some maintenance on the van, the foodtruck, the other machines, and go hunting. We will return October 29th and go until its not possible to operate anymore due to weather and common sense lol.

I do have a plan to reward the Cook County Vikings football team for their amazing performance this season. That starts Thursday! All players be ready

Looks like I'll have some sawmilling jobs when we go on break. Some big and some small. I'm happy to take a few more small or a medium sized job if anyone has a tree they want turned into lumber. Even some odd sized pieces I could make, whatever. I have access to many types of wood including cedar, aspen, red pine, ash, and many others. Send me a message and we can figure it out. My mill goes where the wood is.

Soon we will get a POS system. I looked at a few different systems. I chose Toast. It should help with our card processing and will be easy to install. I should have the hardware next week so maybe next weekend we will implement it on board the TW. Our menu isn't to complicated but I am having a bit of trouble building it in their system. Hopefully I'll figure it all out and it should make your payments smoother. Thanks 😊
