Matt Hebert Racing Training to win in the Texas/Re*****on circuit and racing all throughout the country. Matt is spending the fall at Re*****on Park in Oklahoma City, OK.

Born in Louisiana, Matt is a 3rd generation horseman with jockeys and trainers on both sides of his lineage. Although he did plenty of pony riding as a kid, Matt received much of his "hard-knock" education caring for and starting young horses for his father. After learning the basics Matt went to work on the racetrack as a groom, foreman, exercise rider, and assistant. His good horsemanship paid o

ff when he became the exclusive caretaker of repeat Breeders Cup winner and two-time Eclipse Award winner Groupie Doll and enjoyed a couple years of traveling and experiencing the best tracks in the country. Having experienced each building block of horse training and doing each job along the way Matt admits there is no job more important than another. His keys to success are a positive attitude, working together as a team and always putting the horse first.
