Sam’s Favorites are here! Get to know Sam and take a peek at his favorite BLiS products and try them for yourself!

Smoked Tamari – I like to use this product anywhere I’m trying to add a touch of savory, bright, smoky nuance. I use it in my deviled eggs mix, just a splash on grilled veggies with olive oil, or mixed into an aioli—especially for my vegetarian friends to give a hint of smoked flavor.

Steak Sauce – I like to use this on fresh slabbed onions on the grill, or folded into burger meat. It’s also great as a dipper for hard-boiled eggs or fried fare. For those who love sauce on their steak, this is your pony.

My most memorable cooking experiences involve making pasta sauce. Growing up in an Italian household, the first thing you learn to make is a good pasta sauce. Carrying the vat for my grandma from the basement kitchen to the upstairs kitchen, smelling that incredible aroma the whole way—it’s a rite of passage for mi familia.

I love spending time cooking and grilling with my wife, Sarah, and hanging out with my dogs. You can also find me at a hockey arena, golf course, bowling alley, or music show. Say hi to Sam in the comments!!
