Line Dancing with Alana is officially back tonight, Wednesday, June 3rd at 7:00 PM!

Whether you're a seasoned pro or have never taken a line dancing step in your life, all skill levels are welcome. Come on down, grab a cold drink to stay hydrated, learn some fun new routines, and catch up with friends.

🎯Cornhole Tournament (June 25th) – Grab a friend, start practicing your toss, and get ready for some friendly competition on Thursday, June 25th!

A Massive Thank You to Our Cleanup Crew! 🧹🧼✨

We want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to all of the wonderful members and volunteers who came out yesterday morning to help pitch in for our Hall & Parking Lot Cleanup Day!

Because of your hard work, our historic inside spaces are freshened up and the parking lot looks fantastic. It truly takes a village, and we are so incredibly grateful to have a community that steps up to keep our neighborhood space looking its absolute best.

When you see someone who helped out this weekend, please give them a big thank you! We couldn't do it without you all. 🥂❤️

Our hearts are deeply broken by the devastating news of Lucy Preston’s passing.

Lucy was a cherished pillar of our community, and her kindness and dedication touched so many of us here at the Hall and within the Polish Heritage Society. She will be profoundly missed.

We extend our deepest condolences and prayers to Lucy’s family and loved ones during this unimaginably difficult time. Please join us in holding them close in your hearts. Rest in peace, dear Lucy. 💔🕊️

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and dedicated community member, Lucy Maciejewski Preston.

Lucy was a vibrant and cherished part of the Polish Heritage Society, and she served our community with incredible passion as our Busia Queen during her reign in 2023. She generously committed herself to the restoration of the Jackson Street Hall, which was just one of many acts of kindness she offered throughout her life in the community; to be around her warm spirit was truly a beautiful place to be. She famously said that "being Busia Queen means being everyone's Busia," and she lived out those words through her kindness and dedication to our society.

We are holding her entire family close in our hearts during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Good morning! Today is the day—our Hall & Parking Lot Cleanup Day kicks off this morning at 9:00 AM!

If you have a couple of hours to spare head on down. Many hands make light work, and we would love to have you join the crew to help freshen up the inside of the Hall and spruce up our kitchen, dining spaces and parking lot. Let's keep our historic neighborhood space looking its absolute best!

Big Weekend Lineup & Volunteers Needed! 🍔🧹

We have a busy weekend coming up at the Hall, and we need a few extra hands to help make it all happen! Check out the lineup and see where you can pitch in:

Friday, May 29th @ 5:00 PM – Sloppy Joe Dinner: We’re serving up ultimate comfort food! Come grab a classic Sloppy Joe served with crispy tater tots, fresh broccoli slaw, and a delicious brownie for dessert. We are still looking for a few volunteers to help serve dinner starting at 5:00 PM.

Saturday, May 30th @ 9:00 AM – Hall & Parking Lot Cleanup Day: Many hands make light work! Help us spruce up the parking lot and freshen up the inside of our historic Hall. Just a couple of hours of your time makes a massive difference.
