-2oz whiskey Bulleit Frontier Whiskey
-3/4oz lemon juice
-1.5oz LSH Pineapple + Roasted Poblano
-egg white (dry shake first and then shake with ice and strain)

*Swap whiskey with your favorite black tea for an NA option*

We are all in need of whimsy and joy, and it’s a little hard to find these days. Making this drink helped though 🫶

The smokey week we had got me in the mood for a mezcal margarita!

-2oz BANHEZ MEZCAL ARTESANAL mezcal
-1.5oz LSH Pineapple + Roasted Poblano
-1/2oz cream of coconut
-poblano garnish & a chamoy and Tajín rim

Real talk, global warming is real and we need to call on our elected officials to do better for the state of our environment. We need to do our research before we vote. And we need to make the important changes where we can. The mindset of “but I’m just one person, my vote doesn’t matter and I can’t make change” needed to die years ago, but better late than never.

Start small and make changes within your own community. Pick one thing and stick to it. We stopped using Amazon, we try and source everything we need from small shops and not box box stores, we get produce from the farmers market, we buy as much as we can second hand, we share resources with our friends. We can all collectively make these changes and it does make an impact. 🖤

🍍🫑 Pineapple Poblano Painkiller 🌴

- 2oz dark rum (to make an OG painkiller - use Pusser's Rum rum)
- 2oz pineapple juice
- 2oz LSH Pineapple + Roasted Poblano mix
- 1oz coconut cream
- Shake and strain over crushed ice
- Shaved nutmeg on top

My (Taylor’s ) favorite tropical drink is a painkiller. It just doesn’t get better than that. And when we added the pineapple + roasted poblano mix to it 🤯 you’re transported to simpler times in the sun.

Even Steven Martinez said after a sip of this, “I can literally feel the sun on my back” and we were indoors. JUST SAYING.

The best part with our mixes, is that you do not need to reinvent the wheel. This is a historical, classic cocktail recipe and we just added 2oz of our mix instead of a full 4oz of pineapple juice. Boom! A fun spin on a classic 😎

PINEAPPLE + ROASTED POBLANO 🍍🫑 This is the mix you bring with you to impress your boat owning friends so that they will always ask you to come back on their boat.

I had this idea for this mix a while back and I said “ERIC PLEASE MAKE THIS FOR ME AND YOUR SAUCE-SCIPLES”. He rolled his eyes and said fine, but couldn’t really figure out the best way of producing it. And then I softly nudged him towards trying again as a wife does. And BAM💥 he did it. That’s why they call him the sauce bo$$. This mix could make people be nice to each other if they drank it probably.

There is a holiday upon us. And you might be thinking…what holiday could that be? We just celebrated 250 ye— and I’m going to stop you right there. Because we are celebrating 99 years of 7-ELEVEn this Saturday (7/11) with our friends Speciation Artisan Ales !!!

From 5-9pm, Speciation will be making some fun slurpee inspired frozen drink specials (we’re calling ‘em Saucee’s) using a new mix dropping from LSH (that we will announce tomorrow) that will have the option of being NA or boozy!

Food specials starting at 6pm from One Stop Coney with featured 7 Eleven inspired grub! You do not want to miss out on this.

Eric has shed tears thinking about this collab and 7 Eleven themed party for years. This is his culture. Growing up in Chesterfield, MI there wasn’t much to do… until they built a 7 Eleven walking distance from his neighborhood. He and his friends spent countless hours walking to, and hanging outside of that magical place consuming innumerable Slurpees and taquitos along the way. SEE YOU SATURDAY. Love you. 🍹🌭

RHUBARB CARDAMOM GRAPEFRUIT IS BACK & SHE’S TASTIER THAN EVER BECAUSE ERIC IS REALLY GOOD AT MAKING SAUCE AND SOMEHOW MADE BATCH 2 EVEN MORE FLAVORFUL. THAT SOUNDS LIKE I’M SURPRISED BUT I’M NOT SURPRISED. I’M JUST VERY PROUD OF THE SAUCE BO$$ & HOW HE CAN MAKE MIX SO GOOD BUT THE MAGIC IS ALL THE LOVE HE PUTS INTO IT. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE BECAUSE THIS S**T TAKES TWO WHOLE DAYS OF LOVE & LABOR. She will be at both Fulton Street Market & Holland Farmers Market tomorrow 8am-2pm ‼️ Get it while it’s hot and fresh 🏃‍♂️

Please wish this handsome Sauce Bo$$ a very happy birthday!! He is the best wife I could ever ask for and I love him dearly. LSH would not exist without his determination and hustle each and every month! He keeps this little baby of ours afloat and I’m so proud of all he has accomplished personally and professionally. 34 is going to be the best year yet!!!

1 whole year of being roommates with the sisters!!!! Okay .. but why did I ask Eric today if it had been two years?! I have no concept of time apparently, but also time flies when you’re having fun with your friends and it has felt much longer than a year! 🥹 it has been the best situation that has brought so much peace and comfort to Eric to be able to work out of a reliable space. We are so lucky Alyson and Mallory have graciously allowed us to not only share their cafe with us, but to also want to collaborate with us! Alyson sometimes uses our mixes for specials in their beverages and the fruits we use to produce our cocktail mixes finds a second life in Mallory’s bliss bars and sometimes other pastries. We have developed a program that reduces food waste while simultaneously inspiring delicious pastries! It has been the best year and we just wanted to share how much we adore 🫶🥲 ps- it’s my favorite when I come in on Friday and get to sit down and talk to Alyson and Mallory’s mom and dad and we chat about our travels. They have cultivated a space that is intentional about slowing down and connecting with others and we love that.

Pride is important for so many reasons, but mainly because there are still people who believe they are better off dead than being able to be themselves, love who they want to love and live an authentic life that’s true to them. And for those reasons we celebrate Pride year round, we donate to local organizations helping q***r people year round and we love and protect q***r people year round. So celebrate extra this month, but celebrate and support q***r people, businesses and organizations year round. Not just one month of the year. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🫶 ps- long live gay cowboys and country music 🥲
