We first met Steven probably close to 6 years ago. That’s actually how Eric and I learned about the incubator kitchen at the downtown market when we were just first starting out with LSH 🥹 since then, Steven has become one of our dearest friends and we have been able to see all the stages of Basalt and watch it grow into Asada. Steven is a hard worker and poured everything he had into his craft and his love of sharing food and most importantly bringing people together in this community. He is always down to collaborate with others, sourcing as much as he could locally and highlighting other small businesses or community organizations. His brain is always 10 steps ahead and coming up with creative ideas. To say we are proud of him would be an understatement. Today is ‘s last day and we hope you will give Steven and his staff all the love they deserve. Thank you for taking a risk, opening up a beautiful restaurant, bringing Tex Mex to GR AND a real fu***ng breakfast taco 😭😭 we love you!

Trade your OJ for some LSH mix for your next mimosa bar!

For our bubbly fans, just a friendly reminder you can use any of our mixes to make elevated mimosas 🥂

We used Prosecco and added 1oz of cranberry cinnamon ginger for one.

Another with Prosecco and Blood Orange Pomegranate.

For a NA version we did Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower Lemonade with 1oz of our Peach Rosemary mix.

🎄Muletide Greetings 🎄

- 2 oz vodka
- 1.5 oz Cranberry Cinnamon Ginger
- Squeeze half a lime 🍋‍🟩
- Finish with ginger beer (we use fever tree)
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and cranberries

This mix just screams mule, but also holds up with many of our mixes. We’ve tried it with ginger basil, blackberry sage clove, blueberry lavender, blood orange pomegranate, & passionfruit hibiscus orange. It’s an easy holiday party cocktail build and crowd pleaser!

To make it NA, replace the alcohol with a black, earl gray or green tea. You could also just do mix, ginger beer and lime juice 🖤

Ps- don’t tell my mom I removed her baby Jesus from her nativity scene and replaced it with a mule 🤫

Blackberry Sage Clove Adult Root Beer Float 🥤🍦

-half a mini root beer
-1 oz vanilla vodka (we used stoli)
-1 oz LSH blackberry sage clove mix
-1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Make it NA without the vodka and just drinking it as is or add your favorite NA spirit.

Y’all….this was so fun and an easy and tasty way to do a dessert drink to end the night! We are in Florida for the holidays and Publix grocery stores have entire sections of mini canned sodas. They are so cute 🥹 hence why we snagged some mini root beers. And if you don’t have a can lid remover, we recommend getting one. Now I’m repurposing cans left and right.

The best part about this recipe is that this is so versatile and can be used with many of our mixes! We are going to try our coffee chocolate habanero next 😋
