Roasted the sweet potato wedges in Haochi US spice blends: Curry Salt & Korean BBQ. Served them with Haochi US Lemongrass Chili and kimchi.

MY VERSION of GIRL DINNER: Cold soba noodles dragged through spicy soy ginger sauce. Ate it with jammy egg, kimchi, cucumber, purple onion, herbs and mango, which was a nice touch. Perfect to beat the heat.
