If you haven’t tried Gaby's Gourmandise you are missing out. His French pastries are not only divinely and mouth washing but they are even hard to find back home, in Europe; they are that good. (And I am an Italian, saying that French food is good, and if you know just a bit of our rivalry, you can be confident that his pastries are good haha). Nevertheless, Gaby is truly an artist, and I can only learn from his mastery. So do me a favor and stop by his store at the Downtown Market GR.
And this is only one of many local small businesses that put not only their time, use only the best quality of ingredients but especially put their passion into their work.
We as small/local businesses are only able to follow our passion thanks to YOU, who support us. No matter the weather - cold, windy, or even when it downpours.
I am soo proud to have been part of such a lovely community and call myself a Michigander (actually a West Michigander).
