Hey guys this is Eric Jewell of Uncle Wayne’s BBQ sharing my business building experience. It would be foolish to think everything is going to go right when building your company. Most time our business knowledge is limited so we study and study which is great, but there are some things you’re going to learn that you can’t get from a book. So give yourself a thousand chances because you’re going to need them. Always remember there is no success without failure, so when you make a mistake don’t beat yourself up just learn from it and keep building. My first mistake was hiring family members and friends, don’t do it, it won’t work. It’s your vision they can’t see what you see. Most time the relationship is to close, they won’t respect what you’re doing and they won’t take you as serious as you need them to. To avoid the headache hire a stranger someone you don’t have ties with so their won’t be any expectations because you’re not connected to them in anyway. See you next post.
