The 4 powerful ingredients for a Natural Cold & Flu Remedy!

Here’s what we have in our market to help you & your family this flu season:

Local Honey 🍯🐝
Homegrown Garlic 🧄
Lemon 🍋
Ginger 🫚

Skip the pharmacy and try it! It really works.

Homegrown garlic + Homegrown Garlic + lemon + ginger = one of the most
powerful natural tonics. Takes less than 5 minutes - and the benefits are serious.

This combo supports immune defense, clears airways, and fights infections.

Here's how to get the most out of it:
Cut garlic small - more surface area =
more allicin released.

Let it sit 5-10 min before adding to water.

Use warm water, not boiling - heat
destroys key enzymes.

Raw honey only - processed honey loses
antimicrobial properties.

Fresh ginger slice > powder for mucus-
loosening effects.Drink on an empty stomach for best absorption.

Why it works
Allicin, gingerols, and vitamin C work together - supporting white blood cells, reducing inflammation, and clearing respiratory pathways.
