We recently had Kraken Fresh Seafood, a vendor of ours, visit to educate our team on some of the southern fin fish that they supply. Our lead fish cutter Mario demonstrated his skills as we all learned more about species identification, fillet structure, and what truly defines freshness and quality at the source.

Opportunities like this help sharpen our craft, deepen product knowledge, and ensure we’re bringing the very best seafood experience to our customers.

Some of the fish featured were Black and Red Grouper, Mutton, Yellowtail, and Pacific Lane Snapper, Mahi, Corvina, Tripletail, Swordfish, and Tuna.
