Pulaski Days are officially less than a month away, which means we’re getting ready to serve at Polish Falcons of Grand Rapids! Stop in down Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, October 4.

Our food times are as follows:

Thursday: 4:30pm to 8:00pm
Friday & Saturday: 11am to 8:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm to 4:00pm

To help you prepare, we have attached our menus! Like years before, Thursday is more of a “soft opening” night so there are just a couple of differences for that night compared to the rest of the weekend.

And something new we’re offering - the BOWLITO! This is our ONLY time of the year where we make our Politos™️, and we’re offering a different way to enjoy that too. 🥟

Help us spread the word and hope you come hungry!! 🇵🇱

Here we go..knocked off 132 lbs of kapusta this weekend and some pasta for a family event. Lisa helped (missed photo op) but also got the weekend to rest up. She has held the business and events together during my hip replacement recovery. Hopefully you have plans or will make plans to see us soon at Pulaski Days.

Polish Falcons has a Queen which means we do to. Congrats Abby you have represented your Polish community extremely well!! We will miss you this year at Pulaski Weekend.

Happy 35th birthday to Brian Nawrocki . He has been a part of the company since Day 1, over 19 years now. He has moved up from dish washer to our Accountant and CFO. We hope he has a great day.

Our winter "break" is over and returning to an active catering schedule. Friday night we catered St. Stan's in Dorr annual Reverse Raffle and Auction dinner for the 15th year. Our auction donation raised $600 for their event. Saturday night we assisted with the Eddie Wright Memorial Burrito Night serving a full house. Great and busy weekend.
