The final flower has been placed and the last cupcake has been frosted. It's bittersweet as we retire Confections Bakery. I hope our past clients' special moments were made sweeter with our creations. Now it's time to make our own sweet memories.....

Our Story....

Back in 2010, two friends (Laura and Jenn) were super bored and decided to take a cake decorating class. It was fun, and a little ridicuous. That one class lead to 5 years of cake and cupcake madness. In 2015, the shop was closed down as we were both starting families. Life became more about pacifiers and diapers and less about sugar and eggs.

Fast forward to today....Jenn has the itch to bake again. But not on a grand scale like before. But maybe on a smaller, more do-able, more delicious scale.....like a monthly specialty flavor available in small quantities for family consumption. (or office, yourself, for a friend.....)
