Our concept is to provide coffee with a conscience, using premium, locally fresh-roasted coffees, natural and kind ingredients for events and gatherings. Working as coffee roasters in Grand Rapids has taught us a lot about the art of roasting and preparing coffee from around the world. Learning what beans to use, water, temperature, amount, timing, etc. all comes together to form a perfect cup of
coffee. We serve pour over coffee from our cart with a selection of coffee from 22 different countries! Milk and flavoring can be a welcome addition to an espresso drink, but in a world of corporate coffee drink giants milk is an overused and abused commodity, and artificial flavorings are the rule, not the exception. All of the milks we provide are plant-based, more environmental, health, and animal friendly, and our flavors are natural spices you can pronounce like cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, turmeric, cocoa, and more. These make our lattes both delicious and nutritious, with nutrients, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins essential for wellness. For non coffee drinkers, we also provide hot cocoa and herbal teas as well as a selection of baked bars and cookies. We dream about this concept daily and our dreams keep getting bigger! We are starting as a cart for indoor and private events (message us for more information) and our next stop is to become fully mobile for outdoor events. Overall we hope to go beyond expectations of the typical coffee business, contributing uniqueness, quality, care and inspiration to our community.
