Ingredients

For Cod & Veggies:

4 cod fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

1 zucchini, 2 bell peppers, 1 red onion (sliced)

1 cup cherry tomatoes

2 garlic cloves, minced

Spices: oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes

Juice of 1 lemon

For Sauce:
