Soak up the last days of summer with a new recipe from our Meijer Registered Dietitian, Jodie! 👇

6 Cups Watermelon
1 Cup English Cucumber
1/2 Cup Feta, crumbled
1 cubed avocado
1/3 Cup Fresh Mint
Balsamic Glaze
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/4 Tsp Salt

DIRECTIONS:

🍉 In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice and salt
🍉 In a large bowl, add the cubed watermelon, cucumber and avocado. Gently fold in crumbled feta, mint & dressing
🍉 Drizzle with balsamic glaze

Enjoy!
