50 years of the Incredible Egg! 🥚

We were proud to join fellow Ohio egg farmers and Ohio Poultry Association members at the American Egg Board's 50th anniversary meetings.

Back in 1976, egg farmers across the country came together to fund research, nutrition education, and promotion for the food we all produce. Five decades later, that work is still led by farmers.

Ohio is one of the nation's top egg-producing states, and as a fourth-generation family farm, we're grateful to stand alongside the people who make that possible.

While going through some of David Hertzfeld’s belongings, we uncovered a special piece of history — a book that once belonged to his father, Clarence Hertzfeld Sr., published in 1920. Over a century later, we like to think Clarence Sr. would be proud of the company that grew from the foundation he laid all those years ago.
