The focaccia is small-batch produced by Michele Barnes, who fell in love with this delicious, crunchy bread while traveling through Tuscany. She follows the traditional Italian methods of making focaccia and uses only the best, locally sourced ingredients. B's products can be made vegan, vegetarian, or dairy-free. B's product line includes:

"The Finley" - an all-vegetable focaccia sandwich
"The E

mory" - a simple sea salt & pepper cracker that takes you by surprise
"The Maggie" - a sweet cinnamon biscotti
"The Cecile" - a fruit & nut dessert focaccia

Mrs. B's Focaccia can be found at the West Michigan Coop and will soon be available at Tree Huggers on Wealthy Street.
