Back by popular demand and just in time for our 9th Anniversary!
🍺 CONEJO MALO • Japanese Rice Lager | 4.9%
Translates directly as "Bad Rabbit" and is named after Puerto Rico's own Bad Bunny. The beer debuted back in February just in time for Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime performance.

🍺 Culture Collision • Conejo Malo aged for just under 3 months in a Malört barrel.

Backstory: You often might find Sydney with a sq**rt gun full of Malört in her possession. And if you've got a sq**rt gun full of Malört, then you've got a party. Sydney was hanging out with Michael from Final Gravity Brewing Company when he let it slip that he could potentially get us in touch with Malört about getting our hands on one of their barrels. Sometimes it's a regular collaboration brew day and then once in a lifetime it's a Final Gravity Brewing Company + Mälort + Sugar Creek Malt Co. brew day! There's a lot going on with this beer. You'll just have to wait for the details. Needless to say, it was an awesome day with great industry friends!

*Hold up. We did not put Mälort in the beer. Our friends, Kevin and Michael from Final Gravity, brought some along. BUT Michael and Sydney did work on a Mälort barrel-aged Conjeo Malo Japanese Rice lager that will release at our City Built Block Party 2026 next Saturday!

We haven't seen this beer since 2023! Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, & Cryo Simcoe hops. An elephant's journey of pine, white grape, citrus, and stone fruit character --> Elegant AF 8.6%

This beer pairs well with the new picnic tables and deck Ed will be installing on Friday. Try it out yourself and see! 🍻
