Menu:
Apple Cider Snickerdoodle Bars
These taste like if an apple cider donut and a snickerdoodle had a really cute baby.

Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Bars
These taste like if a pumpkin pie and a snickerdoodle shared a really long BFF hug

Cinnabars
These taste like a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tart grew up and glew up (glew is not correct but it works here)

No regrets 🥰
Baby girl started preschool last week, and it has been so good for my family that I was able to step back and spend this summer with her. I don't take it for granted that I was able to pause things as a personal decision and not for business reasons. To all of you who understood and respected that choice, thank you sincerely 🙏🏾

As I strategize how and when to spin back up, I ask for continued grace and patience. The bakery will be organized around my life and not the other way around. This means I won't be jumping back into wholesale right away, but I do have some exciting pop-up ideas in mind, and those details will be posted here.

Yes vegan chocolate and vegan butter and vegan marshmallows etc are sometimes 3x the cost of the traditional equivalents, but we have always remained competitive in price to be as inclusive as possible while maintaining quality.

Probably 8 out of 10 vegan baked good options I see in the wild have been lumped in with gluten-free as a sort of allergy catch-all so the experience of a perfectly textured plant based option was the sweet spot hole in the market for me to fill. Veganizing traditional recipes is some of the most fun I have in the kitchen and I'm beyond proud that we've had a completely can't-tell-it's-vegan menu for 5 years!

🗣️ Important Update

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to step away from the baking business and take an indefinite hiatus. The good news is this isn't one of those “with a heavy heart” situations. Things have been going really great, and demand is higher than ever—but my personal priorities have shifted, so here we are.

Thank you to EVERY single person who ordered, shared kind words, supported at markets/events, spread the JE gospel, and believed in what I was creating. It truly means everything. I'm incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and even more proud to be stepping away at the right time, for the right reasons.

You’ll still see product going out for the next couple of weeks as we wind down in April, so grab your favorites when you see them!

This page will stay up, so feel free to stick around. Who knows what the future holds?
