Great Lakes Gourmet Popcorn started as a cottage industry out of Julie Schalk's home in Saugatuck, Michigan. For years her family and friends came to her when they wanted popcorn. Proprietary recipes that use only high quality ingredients and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and a tasty experience. The demand soon became high enough to warrant looking at branching out and using

retailers to distribute it. In 2015, the timing was right and Julie began the process of taking her incredible popcorn to a larger audience.
