Means a lot, would mean more if you commented.

Live music every Sunday 4:30-6pm at Sacred Springs Taproom. Free show. All ages encouraged. Bring your friends and family out. This week features Rahim Elgammal. rahimspizzeria

Get to know him in his own words:
As sad sounding as my music tends to be I like to keep things lighthearted. As for describing my music I would say it’s very chord oriented and melody driven. Very similar to Elliott Smith and other solo alt rock artists like him, Mac Demarco, Backseat Lovers, etc. Definitely will be a few Elliott covers in my set!!

Sacred Springs and Catherine Brown - Akashic Records Reader, Shamanic Healing are thrilled to continue their educational series where we invite some amazing local practitioners to teach on different holistic and alternative modalities that support wellness. This educational series is a free, laid-back, no pressure way to simply learn about some interesting paths to wellness, while connecting firsthand with some incredibly skilled and passionate local experts.

Sunday, September 6 from 11am-noon we have two very skilled women willing to come and share their unique resources that they offer.

Dr. Mel from DR. MEL | ROOTED IN THE WILD spent years as a registered nurse, but felt a calling to go much deeper in the search for the root of symptoms, and became a Naturopathic Doctor to better understand where, when, why did a certain condition come to you, in this particular space of your body? And ask questions such as “How can uncovering the deeper parts of you in your specific body lead to ultimate healing?”
Rooted in the Wild offers healing through herbs, homeopathic remedies, flower essences, breathwork, and ayurvedic modalities, returning you to the innate power to heal.

Breah of Breah Marie Young is an Advanced Level Reiki Practitioner and Holistic Wellness Coach with a background in education and behavioral health. Come learn how reiki can support nervous system regulation, clear stagnant energy, release tension, support integration, create ease of mind and body, and improve flow of Self Energy through your energetic, physical, and emotional layers.

This is only the second Sunday we have offered this, so any help getting the word out is greatly appreciated. Let’s collaborate to both educate ourselves and uplift members of our community!

This week we have Mark Cosgrove

My name is Mark Cosgrove. I’m a native of Holland, Michigan, and a current student at Taylor University, studying Vocal Performance. I enjoy singing everything from Opera to pop and country music. I'm a singer and guitarist, both acoustic and electric, playing a repertoire of around 60 crowd-favorite-covered songs. In the past, I have played at several Holland area restaurants, as well as the Holland Street Performer series and Grand Haven Kiwanis vocal competition. At school, I sing in two choirs, the Taylor Chorale and Taylor Sounds, and have been in several musicals and pop concerts.
