Hi Crepe friends! We’re starting to build our team for this year’s Christkindl Markt GR at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market!

The market runs November 18 through December 24, and this year we’ll have three separate chalets—crepes, churros, and waffles.

We’re looking for bakers, experienced kitchen staff, prep help, dishwashers, and general crew members—but we’d also love to hear from college students, teens, artists, makers, or anyone looking for a fun seasonal side job. Basically, if you’re dependable, ready to jump in, and you know the grind, we’d love to hear from you!

These are seasonal positions, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

🎄 The 2026 Christkindl Markt GR vendor list is officially out — and Casa de Churros is BACK! 🇪🇸

We’re so excited to return to the Grand Rapids Christkindl Market this winter — and this year, we’re bringing something brand new to the menu. 👀

SAVORY CHURROS! 🤤

That means Casa de Churros isn’t just for dessert anymore. Come find us for lunch or dinner and try our Spanish-inspired savory churros featuring Ibérico ham, Manchego cheese, and salsa brava dipping sauce. 🇪🇸

And that’s not all! Our team is taking on three booths at Christkindl this year — Cäsa de Churros, Crepes by the Lakes - Food Truck, and a brand-new Belgian Waffle booth! 🥞🧇

Don’t worry — all of your favorite hot, fresh, sweet churros will still be there too. ❤️
