Just wanted to take a moment to thank all the hardworking organizations, volunteers, and the entire Grand Rapids community for putting on such a wonderful Applebutter Fest yesterday.
Of the hundreds of people who came through our doors, not one had a single negative thing to say. Instead, they shared memories of the years they had come before. They talked about how the festival seems to get better every year. They brought their children, their families, and their friends to experience a little town that means something to them.
Some were visiting for the first time. Others have been coming here for generations.
And all of them were sharing something that those of us lucky enough to live and work here already know.
Grand Rapids, Ohio is special.
And that’s because of all of you.
