440 acres home of 170 head of cattle. Lee married to Cleo Mae Payton in 1930. since April 2021.

History of the Farm -
The farm was purchased in 1929 by Auris "Lee" Hewlett, and at that time was called "Swegle" farm of 80 acres. Lee and Cleo raised 4 children Francis, Albert, Gene and Carol Ann making it the "Hewlett" Farm. In November of 1994 Gary and Carol Ann "Hewlett" Jimmerson purchased the farm becoming Bar J Farms. There they would raise 3 children Shelly, Galen and Grant. Starting in

March 2016, Galen and Patti Jimmerson became owners when the farm was inherited. Today the farm is 440 acres with 60 registered Red Angus and 110 commercial head of cattle.
*Current business includes working with local Revelton Distilling Co. We grind the corn to make whiskey. The corn mash along with rye mash from Revelton returns to the farm to feed our cattle.
*Red Angus herd was establish in 2014.
