Today served as a powerful reminder to slow down, be patient, and have faith in a higher power's plan. I was rushing to deliver one of our Angus Bulls to the sale barn when I suffered a tire blowout, resulting in the complete loss of tread. Despite this, the tire managed to travel several miles, passing through a town, before we located a tire shop. The gentleman who changed the tire was impressed by the Bull's quality, remarking that he had been searching for a similar Herdsire. In a fortunate turn of events, he purchased the Bull on the spot, saving me the trouble of attending the sale, paying fees, and later collecting my payment and he actually paid more than I expected to get at the sale . Most importantly, I am pleased that the Bull will enjoy a good life, caring for his new herd. This experience reinforced the notion that God is always in control, and what we perceive as setbacks can, in reality, be blessings. We should strive to be more patient and trust that everything will work out for the best.
