Hello everybody! The Cookeville Green Market , I'll be there with a load of chicken eggs and some duck eggs! I'll have both dozens and 18s available! Be sure to come by for your egg needs and check out the other vendors! Barge's Bakery will have baked goodies and cookies that you won't even want to share! Orchard House Creamery will be there with raw goat and cow milk for people in their herd share, which you can still join! We will also have local honey from Dana Siefker and Wild Start Honey, so "bee" sure to come see everyone tomorrow!

Also put mulch in the middle pen and made sure it was really thick to stop them from just making the low spots again with their scratching. I think I need just a bit more around the coop and door because it tends to be extra muddy right there. But overall definitely looks a lot better!

Got some better (hopefully) mulch in the duck pen to help keep the muck down! I used pine bark mulch this time instead of nuggets because I didn't like was really bad to get in their water and thought maybe with it being hard might mess with their feet. If anything it looks a hundred times better in there right now!

The babies are really starting to grow and you can see their adult feathers really coming in now! I'm sure they'll be excited to move in the next week or so to have more room!

Got the wire around the new duck tractor tonight using screws and fender washers this time around instead of staples like I've been doing. It is a lot easier this way so far and seems to hold the wire better than staples. I got everything I need to fix the top today so I should be close to done in a few days weather permitting and the babies will have a lot more room!

First attempt at driving the tractor and filming, not very professional but I'm working on it lol

Figured I hadn't done a look at how the hayfields are looking as we get ready to move into hay days once again for the year! After fertilize and finally getting that rain it's really moving along! Hoping to start cutting soon, was going to be next week but the weather report isn't promising!

Cows are looking much better after we started giving them the dewormer block, hopefully soon we'll find us a new bull to have calves next year. Wanting to get a black hereford or white baldy this time around because I like the calves they have!
