And, if we don't have the correct parts in stock, we can usually obtain them within a few short hours or days depending on the urgency of your repair or service needs. All of our Service technicians have extensive experience in the food service equipment repair field and are trained and fully qualified to meet all of the CFESA Certified Technician standards. These standards are set by CFESA to ensure your repair needs are met professionally and efficiently. This is done by testing the technications with rigorous exams that cover electricity, gas, and steam. Upon successful completion of the exams the technicians are given certificates noting their excellence in the area of completion. Once a technication has passed 3 of the 4 tests, they are then awarded a Master Technication Certification. CFESA Certified Master Technicians are among the most knowledgeable techs in the industry.
