If pickup time is at 9am that’s what time you have to pick up! I cannot wait around 15-30 mins without communication. Stuck by a train ? Flat tire ? Any emergency? Okay I get it. But if you can’t have the respect of keeping me updated I will charge late fees.

Lately people have taken advantage of my kindness but my time matters also & I can’t keep letting it slide.

This may sound rude but I am one person
I have other customers picking up some days & and I try to stay organized and on time.
