This picture has a proud business story to tell… Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words or in this case dollars!

Thankful to help our customer earlier ths month when his experience with another company, regarding his backflow device failing, resulted in them telling him it would be about $2,800 to resolve.

We were able to extend the deadline for resolution with the customers water purveyor due to the failed test report they had received. We got the device in compliance and charged him an honest fee of $150 to provide a resolution. Our customer is now in compliance and very thankful he didn’t just take their word for it, he asked questions.

Never be afraid to ask questions and definitely always remember to follow your instincts. When something doesn’t sound right in services you’re hiring someone for, don’t be afraid to do your research, get another quote or if it’s backflow related give us a call!

Excited to extend our contract with the City of Sammamish!

We love that we were given the opportunity to renew our contract with the City of Sammamish and continue to work with such an amazing group of people. Sammamish was the first bid we ever won & we are so thankful for the relationship we’ve built with them. Looking forward to our future with them!

It’s been busy for us at Munn Waterworks Management, LLC!

As we head into the winter season and things slow down a bit with Backflow Testing, we are super proud to have completed 992 backflow tests in Woodinville for Woodinville Water District since the beginning of 2024! Wow, that even shocks us & breaks our previous record with them from last year by a couple hundred! Thank you Woodinville Water District! Love working with you!

We are also super excited to have signed an extension with the City of Sammamish to continue to provide their Backflow Testing into 2025! So thankful & love working with their amazing team!

Grateful to continue to run our family owned & operated business & especially thankful for our customers who support us in everything we do. You are the best & help us give our best to our family. We sincerely thank you! Please continue to reach out to us for your backflow needs.
