Our Meat Shoppe Seasoned Chops get all the ATTENTION, but don't overlook our Smoked Chops!

Pumped-Brined-Smoked-Cut In-House!

Fully cooked so all they need is a bit of time to reheat to serve!

Here's a shot of 4 after a couple of minutes on a hot flat top. Supper last night! Great flavor, the kids call them "Bacon Chops"!

A new batch of our

-House Made- Meat Shoppe Dried Beef

went in the Retail Case this morning!

We've been handing out samples as we slice it and its been moving quick! Turned out GREAT!

We've also got fresh/not frozen Meat Shoppe Seasoned Chops on hand! It's a wonderful August day for grilling!

We're open weekdays from 8-5:30 and Saturdays form 8-Noon!

Happy Friday Folks!

It's a great day to stop in!

Bacons have been in the SMOKER since 7:30 this morning and they're smelling great!

We're all stocked up for the weekend with Fresh/Not Frozen Ribeye Steaks, Bacon Wrapped Filets and Meat Shoppe Seasoned Pork Chops in the FRESH MEAT CASE. All your other favorites too!

We're open today until 5:30 and again tomorrow from 8-Noon.

This can go out as a 1/2 or two 1/4's. We'll give you a call for cutting instructions. Processed to your specs.

House Made - Thick Cut- Meat Shoppe- Beef Jerky- Just About Done - Smells Amazing - Stop in This Afternoon for a Nibble and a Pack!

We've got T-Bones and Seasoned Chops in the fresh meat case today too!

Open till 5:30 on weekdays and Saturdays from 8-Noon.

Wow where does the time go?! Its already the end of July and we haven't posted a picture of our products on the GRILL next to a beer since this Spring! Well here's last night's supper (and refreshment): A 10 pack of our Meat Shoppe Wieners and an ice cold Banquet. We had sweet corn too!

These Wieners are Ground- Seasoned- Stuffed- Twisted- Smoked & Packaged In-House. Cooked to temp so all they need is a quick char on a hot grill. Hard to find a better tasting hot dog!

We're open Monday-Friday from 8-5:30 and Saturday's from 8-12. Stop in, we're stocked up. We just pulled a batch of Honney BBQ sticks from the smoker too!
