Our LOCALLY RAISED - LOCALLY PROCESSED HOG sales have been going great this spring and summer!
We're doing a 3rd run and the next batch of 6 is confirmed for a July 7th slaughter date. They should be ready for pickup by the 15th.
Three are spoken for, three are still available.
These hogs can be sold by the half or whole. Hanging weight and choice of cuts will move the number up or down a bit, but costs have been coming in around $300 per half/ $600 per whole.
