Schrimsher Family Farms, LLC We are a family owned farm that specializes in raising premium farm to table beef and pork. We DELIVER!

We do not currently have a storefront, but this is something that we are working on! Quality Home-grown, Grass-fed,Grain finished beef with no hormones or steroids! Our beef is USDA certified and grown and raised right here in Grant, AL. Our customers are local folks and all around Alabama, including Birmingham, Florence, Somerville, Priceville, and Huntsville! We carry the steers to the processor

and pay the processing fees. You only pay a $400 deposit per quarter and then $4.50 per pound of the hanging weight at the time of delivery. Let us know if we can help serve you and your family the best beef around!

8/31/26 UPDATE.
We have THREE beef bag #6 available and FOUR pork bag #1 available. These are the last that we will have for a couple weeks.

We also have some ground beef, brisket, pork sausage (hot & mild), and ribs available by the pound.

We are taking beef and pork reservations for our September, October and November processing dates.

We have Beef quarters available for Sept - Nov.
Starting with our September processings, we are going to eliminate the fixed price and go back to price per hanging weight.

The new price per pound of the hanging weight is $6.25 per pound.

Why are we making this change? We went to the fixed price hoping this would be easier for everyone, but we feel like this has not worked out as intended.

Let us know if you have any questions or would like to reserve a quarter.
