Meet my flour mill!
I’ve had her for forty years and she’s been working steady.
Fresh milled flour retains so many nutrients that are lost when bread is made with flour that has been sitting on a store shelf.
And the flavor is by far superior.
She’s old, noisy and slow, but I wouldn’t bake anything without using the flour that she makes.
With that said, please get your orders in today for pick up on Friday after 1:00!

Everyone raved about these Mini Pumpkin loaves last Fall.
One person calling them ‘exquisite’!
The updated menu has added the Double Chocolate Loaf and took out the Kamut and put in the Heirloom, which has Kamut as well as Einkorn, Spelt and Buckwheat.
