🐮 Farm Fact Friday! 💙

What's on the menu for our youngins? 🥛

Mama's milk, of course! Around here, our calves grow up drinking real milk straight from their mamas. No milk replacer, just the good stuff!

It's a simple part of how we raise our animals here at Windmill Springs Farm, and something we're happy to share with you. 💙

🐄💙 We Love Our Cows, and We Know You Do Too!

With our growing social media community, we've had lots of questions about petting our cows!

As much as we'd love to share the cuddles, our cows' health and safety come first! 🐮

To protect them from germs carried on shoes and clothing, we limit who can handle our cows and enter our milking and processing areas. Plus, these girls weigh over 1,000 pounds and don't always know their own size!

💙 You're always welcome to admire and chat with our youngins in the upper pasture (near the stand) from a safe distance!

Thanks for helping us keep our herd happy, healthy, and safe! 🐄
