Harvest 2026 🍇

2nd pick completed August 21 - Pinot Noir at 21 brix, destined for Bubbly Rosé (estimated availability: April 2027).

Fun fact: Brix is the basic unit for measuring sugar in fruit - one degree Brix equals one gram of sugar per 100 grams of juice.

Next up: Rosé of Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir red wine 🍷
