One of our favorite parts of the week is seeing what the growers bring to market. Every trip sparks new ideas, seasonal specials, and dishes that celebrate what's growing right here in our region.

This week's haul is full of beautiful, fresh-picked produce that will soon find its way from the market to your plate. We believe great food starts with great ingredients, and there's nothing better than working with produce harvested at its peak.
