Schultz Wines started in the Rogue Valley in 2010 as Greg returned home to Oregon. Their wines are made by Linda Donovan at Pallet Wine Company in Medford. Schultz Wines is a family owned boutique winery located in the beautiful Applegate Valley AVA of southern Oregon. We specialize in small lots of wines well suited to the warm days and cool nights of this region. We select premium grapes that ar

e sustainably farmed and gently guide them through fermentation and aging with minimal intervention, thereby producing wines of exceptional complexity and character.
