Hope to soon be selling packaged pork and beef from the farm after being processed at Daffler's.

If you are looking to fill your freezer with some pork, sometime in January I will be sending in some pigs. Let me know as soon as you can.

So question has arose: "Do you raise pigs for roasting?" I can raise you a roasting pig for you gathering/ party, I need a minimum of 10 months notice to make sure I have little ones on the way or just born. Also if you so choose to go this route, may I suggest contacting Daffler's Quality Meats to pick up your pig a week or so before your event and they will slaughter it and hang it and have it ready for you to pick up for roasting. My price depends on what market prices are at the time of event. Please message or e-mail [email protected] to work out details. If I raise your pig I will need a deposit and a signed contract. Deposit is non-refundable if you shall cancel or back out of contract.

13 live little ones out of a litter of 17. Wow! That is this Mama's largest litter. She is a very easy going girl and I hope her daughters are like her when they farrow. This makes it so nice to handle them and the piglets.
