Beef cut up as- steaks 2 per pkg 3/4” thick (rib steak, t-bone steak, top sirloin steak, round steak 1/2 cubed 1/2 plain, sirloin tip steak), roasts 3 to 4 lbs (pot roast, shoulder roast, rump roast, heel of round, tri-tip) short ribs, brisket and ground beef in 1 lb packages.

Hanging weight 463 lbs= $2,495.28 tax included

URGENT NOTICE:

Please pick up your cut and wrapped animals as soon as you are notified they are ready. We are currently at full storage capacity, and delays in pickup create significant challenges in our ability to continue processing animals in a timely manner.

To help keep operations running smoothly, a daily storage fee will apply beginning 3 business days after notification, unless prior arrangements have been made.

We truly appreciate our customers and your cooperation in helping us keep everything moving efficiently. Thank you!
