Take a look at these chicken stuffed shells with white sauce and delicious hand rolled meatballs (beef/pork). I also made some pasta salad, which I forgot to picture. But, I make my own dressings for all the pasta salad with fresh, homegrown herbs. The two I serve the most are Italian style and ranch/bacon. The ranch isn't listed on my menu but it is sought after and requested at every get together we attend! 😋 I can make it at any time as a dip or a nice salad dressing. Let me know what I can make for you this week!

Followers I apologize for my absence on here in the last week. I have had several appointments between me and my children. I am back in the swing of things and ready to help! I haven't shared a recipe in a while and thought this is absolutely perfect to share. I turned leftovers from yesterday which was a perfectly tender chuck roast along with green beans and scalloped potatoes into an amazing meal that was perfect for this cold weather. Beef and dumplings!! Holy yum 😋 I just combined the meat and vegetables in a homemade brown mushroom gravy. Prepped the dumplings and let them steam until finished (which only took 12 minutes). I definitely recommend this and will be making it again. I love to find delicious ways to use up food because I can't stand to throw it away 🙃.

Let's talk burgers! My absolute favorite is a fully loaded mushroom and Swiss (with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions). But this right here is almost a tie for first. It's a burger with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a perfectly fried egg (mayo, ketchup, mustard). The perfect burger for brunch, lunch, or dinner! You can cook the egg to your preference but we like it over medium. Messy but worth every bit of the napkins you need!

I am making a large batch of butters this week. I will have a batch of fresh clipped garlic and herb butter as well as cinnamon honey butter. The sizes I will have are 8 oz ($8), 16 oz ($15), and 32 oz ($20). I will have everything ready by Wednesday if you would like to get in on this order just send me a message.

If you have never ordered before here's a little info about my specialty flavored butters. The garlic and herb is made with fresh clipped, homegrown herbs that are combined with garlic to make the most flavorful butter for your favorite protein, vegetables, breads, and more. The cinnamon honey butter is made with local honey and a few special ingredients to perfect the sweet topper for bread, oatmeal, pancakes, sweet potatoes and so much more! You can freeze this or keep in the fridge until you're ready for them. 🧈

This has been a busy few days for my little kitchen and I have had a blast helping everyone get ready for the holidays! A beautiful ham, lasagnas, breakfast casseroles, glazed carrots, parmesan squash, green bean casseroles, buckeyes, and more have kept this gal busy. I could not be more thankful for each and every one of you! I hope everyone has the best day tomorrow and a very Merry Christmas.
