Time-saving tips needed! Prepping bread ingredients the night before mixing has been a huge game changer for me. I’m able to mix up the doughs in 30-40 minutes, and complete the 3 sets of s/f before I head off to work. I start baking on Saturday at 3am so the orders are filled and on the stand by 9. I am limited to 15 loaves per batch due to bake times. Just curious what other time-saving tips my fellow small-batch bakers use?
