Now that the dust has settled and with sleep in our eyes - Marcus Nationals are over. What a great 4 days?!

We have locker dates for some Berk hogs headed in the 29th 🐖🏆🐖 Halves and wholes available!

Also, we've started to book quarters, halves and whole beef for end of Aug/first week of September. 🌽🥩🍔🏆

Kids were all proud of their projects they've worked on since spring. We took a bottle calf, 4 hogs, and 2 lambs. Reach out Rachael or Brian to get on the list for pork or beef. Lambs are spoken for already. Thanks for your friendship and business!

March was another busy month on the farm. The livestock are great at teaching the kids life's great trials and sometimes unfortunately the tribulations, too. It's fun to see them grow in their knowledge and accept responsibility. Not pictured but also this month we weaned our February litter of piglets, bred sows for July litters, delivered beef and pork to some awesome customers and friends, hauled manure before spring fieldwork, kept livestock dry and comfortable, FFA banquet, senior scholarship banquet and vaccinate baby calves to keep them healthy in the ever changing weather. Thanks for your continued support and following along in our crazy life!

This beautiful weather has more and more people in the mood to grill.
We've got farm direct pork chops and brats. As well as, thin cut ribeyes for steak sandwiches, ground beef, ground beef 1/3 # patties, beef brats and steaks! Message here or text Rachael. We offer free delivery within reason or on farm pickup on your way to and from work. 🥩🐖🍖🌻

We've got 4 more hogs ready!! Scheduled at Cherokee Locker next Thursday. Berkshire/Duroc cross. Nice big hogs, have them just in time for grilling season!

Is there any interest or does anyone have a lead on someone that makes their own pet food? We have some beef liver, and a little pork liver, that's taking about an entire shelf in the freezers. Or use it for trapping? It's current/fresh and good for human consumption - but it's a product that doesn't move. Thanks for any help
